Although based in the Caribbean, the author is well known throughout the Commonwealth and in the United States as a writer on constitutional law and ethics. Sir Fred Phillips is the former Governor, St. Kitts/Nevis/Anguilia and a Barrister-at-Law and member of the Middle Temple. He is the author of six books on constitutional law and ethics of the legal profession
